hmm, yeah maybe true. But in most of the cases by the time justice happens, the person on the recieving end might have already lost so much that he will not be able to appreciate this fact...
@theverve: exactly! thats what every society works on- improving the efficieny. My point here is that there is no need to call our country a failed state.
well yeah but it seems to be working backwards. Anyways lets hope for the best...
